About
About LoanRival
LoanRival is a business-funding marketplace. A business owner submits one funding request; LoanRival puts it in front of multiple funders in its network so their offers compete; and a funding specialist helps the owner compare those offers side by side and choose one — or walk away.
What LoanRival does
LoanRival exists to replace the usual process of approaching lenders one at a time with a single request that multiple funders review. Business owners see amounts, total payback, and terms laid out next to each other, with a human who explains the fine print before anything is signed.
In plain terms: LoanRival funds certain transactions directly and arranges others through third-party funders in its network. Every offer identifies who is making it and on what terms. LoanRival is not a bank, and submitting a request through this website is an inquiry — not an application for credit.
Who is behind LoanRival
LoanRival operates this website, LoanRival.com, and the funding request service on it. The website's Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Every consent disclosure on our request form identifies LoanRival by name, so the name you see when you apply matches the name you see here.
How LoanRival is paid
Using LoanRival is free for business owners: no application, broker, or advisory fee is billed to you. LoanRival is compensated by funders in its network when a deal closes. The cost of the funding itself is stated in each offer, so you always see what a specific offer costs before accepting it.
Who LoanRival is for
LoanRival serves business owners and authorized representatives in the United States who are at least 18 years old. Funding is for business purposes, not personal or consumer needs. Businesses typically need about 6 months of operating history and roughly $10,000 in monthly revenue to have real options; if a business falls below that, we say so rather than waste anyone's time.
What funders in the network offer
- Revenue-based funding — an advance repaid from a share of future revenue.
- Term funding — a fixed amount with scheduled payments over a set period.
- Lines of credit — draw what you need, when you need it.
Funders in the network fund from about $10,000 up to $5,000,000, and qualified businesses with complete documentation can see decisions — in many cases funding — in as little as 24–48 hours. Where a specific business lands depends on revenue, time in business, industry, and documentation. No approval, amount, rate, or timeline is guaranteed.
What happens after you submit
A LoanRival funding specialist reviews your request and reaches out, typically the same business day, with next steps or competing offers. Starting a request involves a soft review that does not affect your personal credit; if you move forward with a specific offer, that funder may run a hard inquiry at final underwriting, and you'll know before that happens. You are never obligated to accept an offer.
Your communication choices
Our request form has two separate, optional checkboxes — one for marketing text messages and one for marketing telephone calls. Neither is required to receive offers, and either can be revoked at any time. If you skip both, we contact you by email about your inquiry. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
